This is one of my favourite Heurigen in Vienna. It is in the middle of the vineyards and has a stunning view!
What is a "Heurigen"? It is a place where wine-growers serve the most recent year's wine. Today, they also serve simple food from a buffet. Generally the food is not cheap, so be prepared to spend around 15 Euros for simple bread spreads and roasted pork slices.
It is possible to get there by taking the 38 Bus to Wagenwiese and then walk up the Oberer Reisenbergweg next to the vineyards (you can click on the link to see the map). It is a beautiful walk!
